Founded in February 2003, KOCH LORBER Films is a new DVD label dedicated to the best in recent and classic world cinema, independent documentaries, music and the performing arts and is distributed by KOCH Entertainment, the leading independent music distributor in the United States.

KOCH Entertainment Distribution, led by its president Michael Rosenberg, recently expanded into DVD distribution. Richard Lorber, head of Lorber Media and founder of Fox Lorber Video, serves as the venture's President, with Michael Koch, C.E.O. of KOCH Entertainment as Chairman. "With its experienced sales and distribution team, strong specialty marketing arm and direct accounts that encompass virtually every wholesale and retail outlet, KOCH Entertainment is the ideal partner for
our new quality DVD label," said Richard Lorber.

KOCH LORBER Films launched in the second quarter of 2003 with an anticipated release
schedule of 20 to 24 collectible titles per year. Most will be priced at $24.98 and all
will include DVD extras in enhanced digital formats. The feature film programming
line up will include a mix of major classics and sought-after newer titles never
before released on DVD, recent award-winning independent cinema from all
over the world and acclaimed theatrical documentary features, many driven
by music or music-based subjects. With KOCH Entertainment's unique capa-
bilities in mind, some DVD releases will have accompanying CD audio
products co-distributed or bundled with the videos. KOCH LORBER also
plans to release selected music, performance and cultural arts programs
originating from major producers and channels all over the world.
